IT Business Analyst

We are looking for an IT Business Analyst to join our Inetum Team and be part of a work culture focused on innovation!

Location : Lisbon

• Main Tasks :
• Collect, analyze, and prioritize business requirements, anticipating issues and assessing impacts.
• Identify and specify solutions in collaboration with squad members and tribe architects.
• Break down business needs into clear requirements within a product backlog , enabling short and iterative development cycles.
• Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria , ensuring clear communication with development teams.
• Test user stories during the development phase and contribute to increasing test automation coverage .
• Perform non-regression testing prior to production releases.
• Participate in organizing and supporting User Acceptance Tests (UAT) with end users.
• Write and maintain documentation adapted to different audiences (Development, Product, Support teams) and deliver training sessions when required.
• Collaborate daily with global, multi-country teams in an Agile / Scrum or SAFe environment.

• Profile :
• Senior professional with at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Agile software development contexts.
• Proven experience translating business requirements into user stories, use cases, and functional / technical specifications .
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle , including estimation, planning, development, requirements management, configuration management, QA, and release management.
• Hands-on knowledge of SQL and relational databases .
• Experience analyzing data and understanding data relationships across different business areas.
• Degree in Computer Science , Engineering, Information Management Systems, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong analytical skills, results-oriented mindset, and focus on delivering value to customers.
• Excellent communication skills with a collaborative and proactive approach.
• Adaptable and comfortable working within multicultural and international teams .
• Strong Agile mindset , oriented toward flexibility and continuous improvement.

• Language Skills :
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Portuguese is a plus.
