  • What You’ll Do
  • Own and enhance dashboards : Build and refine Metabase dashboards and reports to support app and web marketing initiatives.
  • Advanced SQL analysis : Write, debug, and optimize complex SQL queries for critical reporting.
  • Collaborate with marketing : Translate marketing questions into robust data insights-covering ROAS, cohort LTV, attribution, channel efficiency, and more.
  • Lead attribution work : Analyze and improve attribution models across app and web (SKAN, multi-touch, and probabilistic).
  • Work with MMP data : Integrate, validate, and analyze performance data from AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, and others.
  • Support web analytics : Provide performance reporting for web channels using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Fix data gaps : Identify inconsistencies or missing data and propose scalable solutions across app and web analytics.
  • What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst, ideally in mobile marketing or app-based businesses.
  • Strong expertise in SQL (comfortable with complex queries and performance tuning).
  • Experience with BI tools such as Metabase, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Solid marketing analytics knowledge : ROAS, LTV, cohort analysis, user acquisition, and attribution.
  • Hands-on experience with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch).
  • Familiarity with SKAN and probabilistic attribution methods.
  • Understanding of web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • A proactive, analytical mindset, you don’t just answer questions, you uncover opportunities.
