The Role

We're looking for a proactive, business-minded Data Analyst to help unlock insights from our growing data lake and empower leaders with the information they need to make smarter, faster decisions.

This person will work cross-functionally across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Engineering, turning complex data into clear insights, reports, and recommendations.

The ideal candidate is not just an analyst, but a storyteller and problem-solver—someone who thrives on spotting trends, asking the right questions, and surfacing insights before others even know to look for them.
Key Responsibilities

Own 's analytics and reporting, designing dashboards and reports in Tableau (or a similar BI tool such as Power BI or Looker).
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to define metrics, track performance, and uncover actionable insights.
Build clear, insightful visualizations and communicate findings effectively to leadership.

Develop and maintain automated reporting pipelines from our data lake and other sources (CRM, product usage data, marketing automation, etc.).
Identify patterns and opportunities in customer and business data to drive growth, retention, and operational efficiency.
Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, proactively surfacing trends, risks, and opportunities not just responding to requests.
Contribute to 's data strategy by improving data quality, consistency, and accessibility.

What We're Looking For

3–5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
Expertise with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker (Tableau strongly preferred).
Strong SQL skills and comfort working with large datasets.
Familiarity with data lakes, cloud warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery), and ETL processes.
Ability to connect the dots across multiple business functions and tell a compelling story with data.
Excellent communication skills—you can translate numbers into narratives that resonate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Highly proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
