Business Intelligence Assistant

· Track and manage the team's distribution list and RT queue while keeping our SLA on answering requests and turnaround times

· Handle simple access requests for reports and dashboards that the team maintains.

· Coordinate access requests between senior management for access approval and the BI team

· Track RT for new tickets that are not claimed and ones that are opened for a long period.

· Create documentation for basic BI processes in coordination with the owner on the team

· Analyze the usage of the tools and dashboards created by the team

· Work with team leaders on improving the SLAs, documentation, and reducing the reoccurring tickets that can be solved by automation.

· Prior knowledge of the Business Intelligence - advantage

· Ability to work effectively as an individual and part of a team, meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads in a fast paced environment

· Strategic thinker with the ability to see/understand the big picture, develop new ideas and think through creative solutions

· Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English

· Attention to detail

· Ability to learn new skills quickly

· Exceptional problem solving/critical thinking skills

· Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent
