Project Details

We are looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Developer with solid knowledge of Pentaho to support the design, development and maintenance of analytics solutions and data pipelines. You will work closely with business and technical teams to deliver reliable insights, dashboards and reporting structures.

What We’re Looking For

✅ 5+ years of professional experience in Business Intelligence or Data Engineering

✅ Strong hands‑on experience with Pentaho Data Integration (PDI)

✅ Knowledge of Pentaho BI Suite (dashboards, reports) is a plus

✅ Solid SQL skills and experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.)

✅ Experience with ETL / ELT pipelines , data transformation and data quality checks

✅ Understanding of data warehousing concepts (star schema, snowflake, fact & dimension models)

✅ Experience integrating multiple data sources (APIs, files, databases, cloud sources)

✅ Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure, AWS ou GCP) is an advantage

✅ Ability to work in agile teams and manage tasks independently

✅ Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

✅ English proficiency : B2 or higher

Responsibilities

Design, implement and maintain ETL processes using Pentaho PDI

Build dashboards, reports and analytical solutions using BI best practices

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications

Optimize data models, transformations and query performance

Ensure data integrity, consistency, quality and security

Participate in sprint planning, reviews and continuous improvement initiatives

Document data flows, processes and technical details for maintainability

Integrate multiple data sources into unified analytical structures
