We are looking for a hands-on Finance Analytics Engineer to further develop and manage our analytics capabilities within the Finance team. This role has a strong technical focus and is centered on implementing tools, processes, and analytical frameworks that transform complex data into clear, actionable insights to support business decision-making.

  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for Finance and senior leadership
  • Designing and implementing analytics frameworks, tools, and best practices
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across and beyond the Finance team to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements
  • Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with financial standards and reporting requirements
  • Overseeing key finance-related analytics projects, including :
  • Financial KPI dashboards
  • Budget variance analysis
  • Profitability, cost analysis, and forecasting
  • Support and mentor junior analysts through technical guidance and best practices
  • Your Profile :
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or analytics engineering
  • Advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience with relational databases
  • Proficiency in creating interactive dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL concepts, and data-warehousing principles in Microsoft Fabric (or advanced practical experience building ETL processes, data models, and dashboards on the Microsoft Fabric platform)
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field
  • Fluency in financial terminology and a strong ability to work closely with Finance stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen combined with an analytical mindset and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting complex findings to non-technical audiences
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Fluency in English (C1); German knowledge is an advantage
