About The Role

We are seeking a B2B Digital Marketing Support Specialist (French Market) to support advertisers using cutting-edge advertising solutions in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

In this role, you will provide end-to-end support to French-speaking advertisers, resolving technical and product-related issues, optimizing campaign performance, and ensuring advertisers fully leverage the companys advertising tools. You will work closely with internal Product Operations and Engineering teams while directly impacting customer experience.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Take an active role from day one in identifying initiatives to enhance service and improve overall advertiser experience
  • Handle and resolve end-to-end product troubleshooting and customer support cases across email and chat channels
  • Own and drive query resolution by collaborating with internal Product Operations and Engineering teams for technical, product-related, or generic platform inquiries
  • Ensure high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) by maintaining service quality throughout the full case journey and providing regular updates
  • Drive adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and achieve best-in-class productivity while reducing resolution times
  • Partner with in-house technical specialists to educate advertisers on product features, common issues, and best practices
  • Manage campaign performance issues leveraging your expertise in paid campaigns, Google Analytics, Pixel Data, HTML/Web Development, and API integrations

Your Profile

We are looking for candidates who combine strong digital marketing knowledge, technical expertise, and a customer-first mindset.

  • Mandatory Requirements:
  • French C1 (mandatory)
  • English B2
  • Proven experience in paid campaign management
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Analytics, HTML/Web Development, Pixel Data, and API integrations
  • Degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Experience in Digital Marketing
  • Previous experience in a Contact Centre or Service Program for an Advertising Tech company
  • Fluent in social media product usage with a solid understanding of digital advertising fundamentals
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team

Working Schedule

Initial Schedule (first phase):

Monday to Sunday | 07:00 – 19:00

  • Rotational shifts:
  • 07:00 – 16:00
  • 10:00 – 19:00 2 rotational days off

Future Schedule (TBC by client):

24/7 rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday

  • Base Salary: €930.00 gross/month
  • Complexity Bonus: €120.00 gross/month (paid over 11 months)
  • Meal Allowance: €7.63 net per working day
