Our client operates within the financial services sector and is currently reinforcing its Business Intelligence and Data capabilities as part of a broader modernization and digital transformation program.

To support this initiative, we are looking for three BI specialists with strong technical expertise and experience in data-driven environments.

???? Role Overview

  • The selected professionals will be responsible for:
  • Development of Business Intelligence solutions;
  • Data modeling;
  • Dashboard development and reporting;
  • Integration of data from multiple systems;
  • Data analysis and decision-support activities;
  • Use of analytical tools;
  • Working within Data Warehousing environments and ETL processes.

???? Open Positions

  • 1️⃣ Senior BI / BI Lead
  • 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data-related roles;
  • Strong experience in data modeling and BI architecture;
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI and SQL;
  • Experience delivering data analytics and reporting projects;
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders;
  • Experience working with complex data environments;

Nice to Have: Experience in financial services / banking sector;

Certifications such as: Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst; Azure Data Fundamentals; CBIP — Certified Business Intelligence Professional.

  • 2️⃣ BI Developer
  • 5–7 years of experience in Business Intelligence;
  • Experience developing BI solutions;
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI;
  • Solid SQL knowledge;
  • Experience with ETL processes and data modeling;
  • Experience with data integration and transformation.
  • 3️⃣ BI Analyst
  • 2–4 years of experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence;
  • Experience building dashboards and reporting solutions;
  • Proficiency in Power BI;
  • Advanced Excel skills;
  • Experience in data exploration and analysis.
