  • What are your main responsibilities?
  • Define BI standards, taxonomies, and governance practices.
  • Build semantic models and intuitive dashboards with strong UX principles.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering, DevOps, and business teams (Sales, CX, HR, Finance).
  • Modernize legacy reporting and support our transition to Data Vault 2.0.
  • Ensure data quality, performance, and scalable delivery pipelines.
  • Strategic impact on BI platform and analytics standards.
  • Full ownership of delivery—from concept to production.
  • Cross-functional collaboration and visibility across the organization.
  • Opportunity to shape the future of our semantic layer and data architecture.
  • What do we expect from you?
  • 4–6 years in BI/Analytics, with 3+ years of end-to-end Power BI experience.
  • Strong SQL, DAX, M, and experience with tools like Tabular Editor, DAX Studio, ALM Toolkit.
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, performance tuning, and UX design.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Synapse, and Python is a plus.
  • Proactive, independent, and comfortable working across technical and business teams.
