- What are your main responsibilities?
- Define BI standards, taxonomies, and governance practices.
- Build semantic models and intuitive dashboards with strong UX principles.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering, DevOps, and business teams (Sales, CX, HR, Finance).
- Modernize legacy reporting and support our transition to Data Vault 2.0.
- Ensure data quality, performance, and scalable delivery pipelines.
- Strategic impact on BI platform and analytics standards.
- Full ownership of delivery—from concept to production.
- Cross-functional collaboration and visibility across the organization.

- What do we expect from you?
- 4–6 years in BI/Analytics, with 3+ years of end-to-end Power BI experience.
- Strong SQL, DAX, M, and experience with tools like Tabular Editor, DAX Studio, ALM Toolkit.
- Solid understanding of data modeling, performance tuning, and UX design.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Synapse, and Python is a plus.
- Proactive, independent, and comfortable working across technical and business teams.
