Your Mission

As a French-Speaking Customer Advisor, you will be the trusted point of contact for users of a leading financial application. You will guide clients toward achieving their savings goals, while identifying opportunities to introduce alternative energy contracts tailored to their needs.

  • What You'll Do
  • Handle inbound & outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Support customers in understanding and achieving their financial and savings objectives
  • Promote and upsell alternative energy contracts aligned with customer needs
  • Provide accurate, clear, and compliant information at all times
  • Ensure strict confidentiality of client information
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience in every interaction
  • What We're Looking For
  • Fluent French (C2 level) – both written and spoken
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales mindset with upselling confidence
  • Solution-oriented with attention to detail
  • Customer-first attitude and adaptability
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus
  • Working Schedule
  • Monday to Friday
  • Rotational shifts between 07:00 – 19:00
  • Weekends off (Saturday & Sunday)

  • Base Salary: €930 gross/month (paid over 14 months)
  • Performance Bonus: €115 gross/month (paid over 12 months)
  • Meal Allowance: €7.63 net/day
