About the Role:
As a SAP Business Intelligence Specialist (BW/4HANA & SAC), you will join our IT team at Preh Group (Trofa), ensuring the performance and evolution of our global reporting systems. You will work in an international environment developing SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud solutions, supporting business analysts, and contributing to the BI architecture that powers our automotive innovation.

The Challenges in Front of You:

  • Develop, maintain, and improve reporting solutions using SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BDC, and Power BI.
  • Analyze requirements, design data models, and implement BI solutions.
  • Support BI projects and collaborate with business analysts.
  • Contribute to BI architecture and introduce new technologies.
  • Identify issues proactively and drive process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with automotive quality, environment, health & safety standards.
  • Promote best practices and cross-team collaboration.

What You Bring to the Table:
You're more than your resume - you're passionate for excellence, proactive, and growth-minded. To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

  • 3 years of experience in SAP BI, BW/4HANA, or similar reporting environments.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP BW on HANA, SAC, and SAP data modeling.
  • Experience with ABAP for BI development and SAP Analysis for Office/Business Objects.
  • Understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes and SAP authorizations.
  • Analytical mindset, customer focus, initiative, and strong communication skills.
  • Fluency in English; SAP or BI certifications are a plus.
