• Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and enhance the support process, including the implementation of automation tools.
• Monitor software management through automation tools to ensure optimal performance.
• Manage infrastructure with support for tools like Ansible and Terraform.

• Candidate Profile:
• Education: Degree in Computer Science or related fields (certifications and professional experience are valued).
• Experience:
• Solid experience with automation tools and infrastructure management.
• Knowledge of monitoring software and version control systems like GitHub and GitLab.
• Proficient in scripting languages, especially Bash and Python.
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) is a plus.
• Availability: Willingness to provide 24×7 services and travel within Portugal.
• Language Proficiency: Good knowledge of English.
