Responsibilities

• Innovative Infrastructure Transformation
• Develop and implement groundbreaking solutions to revolutionize infrastructure and processes.
• Challenge conventional approaches to drive significant improvements and efficiencies.

• DevOps Leadership
• Lead the DevOps team in designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced CI/CD pipelines.
• Promote best practices in automation, configuration management, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

• Cloud Infrastructure Management
• Manage and optimize cloud-based services for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
• Leverage cloud technologies to enhance system reliability and availability.

• Security and Compliance
• Establish robust security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

• Collaboration and Mentorship
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align DevOps initiatives with business objectives.
• Mentor team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

• Process Optimization
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Introduce automation and tooling to streamline workflows.

• Performance Monitoring and Troubleshooting
• Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.
• Lead root cause analysis for incidents and implement preventive measures.

• Requirements
• Minimum of 7 years in DevOps and infrastructure roles.
• Proven leadership experience in a technology-focused position.
• Demonstrated success in implementing transformative solutions in large international companies.

• DevOps Expertise
• Extensive knowledge of DevOps principles, practices, and toolchains (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform).
• Proven experience with automation, configuration management, and Infrastructure as Code.

• Cloud Proficiency
• Expertise in at least one major cloud platform (AWS or GCP).
• Hands-on experience managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure.

• Innovative Mindset
• Demonstrated ability to conceive and implement unconventional solutions.
• Track record of transforming infrastructure and processes in impactful ways.

• Leadership Skills
