We have offices in Lisbon and Oporto and we are a specialized consultant in Management, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Information Systems. • What will you be doing?
• Monitoring & Error Management: Design and implement alert systems, detect platform errors, and apply preventive solutions;
• Release Quality Assurance: Collaborate with developers to ensure releases are defect-free and reliable;
• Infrastructure Management: Manage infrastructure using IaC tools like Terraform and Bicep;
• System Architecture: Design scalable system architectures and plan for future needs;
• L3 Support: Provide third-level support for critical issues and ensure timely resolutions;
• Service Reliability: Implement SRE best practices (SLA, SLO, SLI, error budget, automation, incident management, observability);
• CI/CD & DevOps: Ensure CI/CD pipelines follow best practices to improve system performance;
• Quality Assurance: Focus on service reliability, scalability, and efficiency through critical thinking and proactive solutions.

• What are we looking for?
• 5+ years of experience;
• Experience with Azure API (monitoring, management);
• Experience with CI/CD best practices;
• Familiarity with IaC tools (Terraform, Bicep);
• Knowledge of SRE concepts (SLA, SLO, error budget, automation);
• Strong critical thinking and service quality focus;
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills;
• Excellent communication skills in English (minimum B2).
