Devoteam is seeking a talented DevOps Cloud Professional to join our Managed Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cloud solutions and services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 2nd-line technical support for incidents related to hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
Work collaboratively with development, operations, and security teams to quickly resolve issues and minimize service impact.
Document incidents, resolutions, and operational procedures to promote centralized, shared knowledge.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
