Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a talented DevOps Network Engineer to join our team at TN Portugal. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing network solutions using Azure networking services.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in architecting and designing solutions using cloud-based technologies, proficiency in designing and managing Azure networking services, and experience with serverless tools such as Azure Application Services and Azure Function Apps.

As a DevOps Network Engineer, you will work collaboratively with our organization to develop and operate cloud-based solutions, help automate and streamline our operations and processes, build and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations, and troubleshoot and resolve issues in our Azure cloud environments.

• The key responsibilities of this role include designing and developing Azure Solutions, integrating Azure Services, designing and implementing network solutions, monitoring and managing network performance, configuring and managing VPNs and ExpressRoute, implementing network security measures, collaborating with developers, and network automation and scripting.
• Main Responsibilities:
• Design and develop Azure Solutions that run on the Azure platform using various programming languages and leverage Azure services and APIs to build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
• Integrate Azure Services such as Azure Active Directory, Azure Storage, and Azure Functions into applications while ensuring services are properly configured and optimized for performance.
• Design and implement network solutions using Azure networking services, including Virtual Networks, Network Security Groups, Firewalls, and Application Gateways, to ensure secure and efficient connectivity.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot network-related issues, and implement optimizations to ensure the reliability and performance of network resources.
• Configure and manage Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) and ExpressRoute connections to enable secure and high-performance connectivity between on-premises and Azure environments.
• Implement and maintain network security measures, including setting up firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and ensuring compliance with security best practices and standards.
• Collaborate with Azure Developers and Architects to design and deploy robust network infrastructures that meet the needs of various applications and services.
• Develop and maintain scripts and tools to automate network configuration and management tasks, leveraging tools like Azure CLI, PowerShell, and ARM/Bicep templates.
