• Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and improve the support process through the implementation of automation tools.
• Monitor software management using automation tools to ensure optimal system performance.
• Manage infrastructure with tools like Ansible and Terraform.

• Candidate Profile:
• Education: Degree in Computer Science or related fields (certifications and professional experience are valued).
• Experience:
• Experience with Azure is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of monitoring software and automation tools.
• Proficiency with version control systems such as GitHub and GitLab.
• Experience with scripting in Bash and Python.
• Availability: Must be available to provide 24×7 services and travel within Portugal.
• Language Proficiency: Good knowledge of English.
