• What You'll do:
• Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce Pages to create custom functionalities.
• Build Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components for scalable and reusable UI elements.
• Implement and manage integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and Platform Events, ensuring secure and efficient data exchange.
• Work with Salesforce Marketing Cloud APIs, following best development practices.
• Utilize DevOps tools like Jenkins, Gearset, or Copado for CI/CD, and manage code through Git and Salesforce Sandboxes.
• Configure security settings, including profiles, permissions, Sharing Rules, Shield Encryption, and Field-Level Security.
• Collaborate in Scrum/Kanban teams, working closely with Admins, QAs, and PMs to align development with business needs.
• Document technical solutions and communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects, managing priorities effectively.
• Hybrid model (2x week in the office)

• What You Are:
• 5-8 years Salesforce Developer with experience in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Aura Components.
• Comfortable working with APIs and OAuth 2.0 authentication to enable seamless integrations.
• Proficient in CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps best practices to ensure smooth deployments.
• Security-conscious, implementing best practices for data protection and access management.
• A strong communicator, capable of breaking down technical topics for different audiences.
• A team player, thriving in agile environments and collaborating across disciplines.
• A problem solver, always looking for innovative solutions to technical challenges.
• Well-organized with strong time management skills, able to handle multiple priorities.
