• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field;
• At least 2 years of professional experience;
• Experience troubleshooting, resolving system issues, and error handling;
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS);
• Proficiency in shell and Python scripting;
• Knowledge of Jenkins and other CI/CD tools;
• Strong English language skills (spoken and written);
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Ability to work effectively.
