• What You'll do:
• Design, build, and maintain modern, scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS, Terraform (with Terragrunt), and EKS;
• Take full ownership of infrastructure components, ensuring they follow best practices;
• Implement GitOps workflows using tools like ArgoCD and Atlantis to drive consistency and automation;
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment for repeatability and reliability;
• Improve and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, supporting development teams to deliver quickly and with high quality;
• Use GitHub for version control and effective collaboration;
• Mentor team members and provide technical guidance to foster growth and knowledge sharing;
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, clean code, strong documentation, and shared ownership;
• Hybrid Work Model.

• What You Are:
• Proven hands-on experience with AWS services such as EKS, EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, and RDS, including optimization of cloud usage;
• Deep knowledge of Terraform (preferably with Terragrunt) and infrastructure as code principles;
• Solid practical experience with Kubernetes in production environments;
• Familiarity with GitOps tools and workflows (e.g., ArgoCD, Atlantis);
• Experience managing Helm charts and integrating them within GitOps processes;
• Proficiency in using GitHub for version control and team collaboration;
• Strong scripting or coding abilities in Python;
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and optimize cloud costs across multiple environments;
• Passion for automation and eliminating manual processes;
• Strong commitment to best practices in security, scalability, and cost efficiency;
• Experience mentoring and supporting engineering peers;
• Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.
