About the job:

We are currently looking for an Azure DevOps Engineer to join one of our leading client teams. If you thrive at building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, automating deployments, and ensuring robust cloud infrastructure, this is your stage.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and maintain secure and efficient CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Boards).
  • Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM Templates, or Bicep.
  • Develop and deploy automation solutions for deployment, monitoring, and operations in Azure.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to integrate DevOps practices from the start of projects.
  • Ensure the security, scalability, and resilience of cloud environments.
  • Implement and maintain monitoring and logging solutions (e.g., Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights).
  • Participate in incident resolution and root cause analysis to ensure service continuity.
  • Follow best practices for each technology stack while maintaining a critical eye for continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and documentation to support team development.
  • Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps roles, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure.
  • Solid experience with Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Boards) and containers (Docker, Kubernetes/AKS).
  • Deep knowledge of identity and security management in Azure (Azure AD, Key Vault).
  • Expertise in automation using Terraform, Ansible, or ARM/Bicep.
  • Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
  • Experience in CI/CD, integration, and continuous delivery.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with development teams.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and good technical English.
  • Nice to Have:
  • Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Functions, or other Azure services.
  • Familiarity with advanced monitoring and logging tools in Azure.
  • Exposure to Snowflake, DBT, Airflow, or other cloud providers.
