In this role, you will be part of the Financial Operations & Software Asset Management team, which drives the optimisation and cost performance of NOKIA's public cloud infrastructure. You are part of a team that is redefining IT and shaping the future of NOKIA's digital platforms.
- In addition:
- you will have chance to get certified and have training on emerging cloud technologies like GCP (Google Cloud Platform), Azure
- Interact with Microsoft, Google and AWS for cost optimisations and FinOps discussions
- You will also have the possibility to attend FinOps virtual training where you meet industry experts, participate in the discussions, and will have opportunity to get certified for FinOps Practitioner
- You will be a part of FinOps CCoE (Cloud Centre of Excellence) in Digital office and will actively contribute to the growth of FinOps central function.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Are you passionate about solving problems?
- Analyse and process operational & financial data (budget, actual and projected forecasts)
- Create compelling visualisation and tools by service, business owner/unit, environment, etc… ensuring a proper allocation reflecting business needs
- Conduct cost evolution analysis and bench marking between the different teams/ resources in order to continuously optimise of the entire organisation
- Support decision making in providing all financial business case supports to trade-off between operations and finance
- Support IT transformation projects with cloud cost analysis and recommendations
- Optimise the value for the Business owner, establishing performance indicators on costs related to the cloud
- Change Management actions in order to facilitate the new value creation model based on public cloud usage
- Enable the organisation to understand its own cloud cost
- Manage governance meetings in order to ensure that the business owner value is optimised and the rationalisation of the use of resources is obtained
Key Skills And Experience
- You have:
- Capability to create the synthesis from multiple data sources and the ability to drill down into details
- Critical and Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Continuously meets strict deadlines and to produce high quality deliverables
- Results driven individual with experience managing complexity
- Strong ability to communicate across multiple levels within the organization
- Superior writing and interpersonal skills; Fluency in English
- Highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, SSMS and other relevant technologies
- Nice to have relevant experience in Azure Portal, GCP billing, AWS cost management and decent scripting skills
