This position is pivotal to our mission of providing a seamless, secure, and scalable experience on our platformKey ResponsibilitiesEnhance and maintain highly available, secure, and scalable AWS cloud environments and servicesManage and prioritise tasks in the cloud infrastructure backlog to address immediate needs and plan- term improvementsSet up infrastructure monitoring and observability solutions, proactively addressing availability, performance or security issuesAssess new technologies, systems, and services for production readiness, ensuring seamless and stable integrationPrepare and maintain documentation on cloud processes, procedures, and architectures to ensure clear understanding and- wide knowledgeApply AWS Well-Architected Framework principles to evaluate and optimise our current infrastructureConduct POCs (proof of concepts) on new AWS services,- party tools, and technologies to drive continuous improvement in our infrastructureRequirementsA demonstrated entrepreneurial and collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to- solvingA university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field3-5 years of- on experience with AWS cloud services in a professional settingProficiency with core AWS services, including IAM, S3, RDS, VPC, ECS, EC2, and moreStrong- on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, preferably TerraformScripting experience with one or more languages, such as Python, Bash, or Node.jsGood knowledge of cloud security principles and services, such as AWS WAF, GuardDuty, KMS, and CloudTrailFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools, including GitLab (preferred), GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etcBasic understanding of cloud networking concepts, including VPC, Subnets, and Load BalancingFamiliarity with monitoring and observability tools for cloud environments, such as Grafana, Prometheus, OpenSearch, and the ELK stackStrong analytical and- solving skills, with a proactive approach to challengesA genuine interest in staying updated with new AWS services and features, integrating advancements into the cloud environmentAbility to work well in a flexible, startup environment, taking initiative to establish new processes when necessaryExcellent verbal and written English communication skillsFamiliarity with industry best practices in cloud architecture principlesAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team settingAvailability to work during Central European Time (CET) business hours.BenefitsA chance to be part of an exceptional team driving innovation in healthcareA competitive salary in a supportive work environment that fosters- life balanceOpportunities for professional growth and development in an international settingA culture of collaboration and inclusion, which is fundamental to our ethosOccasional travel to our HQ in Switzerland, immersing you in our core operations and company cultureSeniority levelSeniority levelAssociateEmployment typeEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionIndustriesIT Services and IT Consulting.
