Randstad Digital is hiring a DevOps Engineer for direct integration, in a multinacional company located in Porto.

Hybrid work model (3 days on-site; 2 days remote / week).

As a DevOps Engineer within the System Team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and monitoring that support our enterprise systems. You will work in IT operations and collaborate closely with IT OPS, 3 rd party developers and security teams to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure system deployments.

  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub or equivalent tools.
  • Deploy, manage, and scale containerized applications in Azure Kubernetes (AKS).
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools like Terraform, Bicep, or similar.
  • Monitor system performance and availability using Prometheus, Azure Monitor, Solarwinds, SCOM or Grafana.
  • Collaborate with 3rd party developers and system and software specialists to streamline deployment and rollback processes.
  • Implement and enforce security best practices, including RBAC and privileged access management.
  • Maintain documentation for infrastructure, deployment processes, and incident response.

  • 3 + years of experience with DevOps tools: Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes/AKS, Git, and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code and configuration management.
  • Experience with monitoring and alerting systems.
  • Knowledge and experience with Elasticsearch (ELK stack as a plus).
  • Knowledge of system administration (Windows/Linux) and networking fundamentals.
  • Excellent problem-solving and good communication skills.
