We are looking for a Cloud Engineer who's eager to embark on an exciting new opportunity! ????

  • ???? What is this challenge about
  • Develop Cloud-Native Solutions on GCP, transforming monolithic apps into microservices.
  • Manage scalable Kubernetes clusters with GKE.
  • Automate CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD.
  • Implement GitOps for declarative infrastructure and deployments.
  • Containerize applications with Docker and orchestrate on GKE.
  • Collaborate with dev, QA, and ops teams to optimize workflows.
  • Use Terraform (or similar) for IaC and resource provisioning.
  • Monitor & troubleshoot infra, clusters, and pipelines.
  • Ensure security & compliance in deployments.
  • Bonus: support DB schema migrations with tools like Flyway.
  • ???? What we are looking for
  • Strong experience in backend development using Node.js and TypeScript;
  • Solid understanding of API design (REST/GraphQL), authentication (OAuth2, JWT), and versioning;
  • Experience working with databases (SQL – PostgreSQL or MySQL; NoSQL – MongoDB or Redis);
  • Familiarity with Docker and containerized environments;
  • Experience with message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka) is a plus;
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Cypress;
  • Previous experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.);
  • Comfortable in Agile environments with Git, Jira, Confluence;
  • Fluency in English (mandatory).Strong experience with Kubernetes (GKE) administration.
  • Proficiency with Docker and orchestration.
  • Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab preferred).
  • Solid knowledge of GitOps practices.
  • Experience with Terraform or other IaC tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud networking & security best practices.
  • Experience modernizing apps from monolith to microservices (plus).
  • Strong teamwork & collaboration skills
  • Preferred: experience with .NET Core.
  • Optional: knowledge of Vue.js.
  • Familiarity with Istio or service mesh technologies.
  • Experience with GCP serverless services.
  • Monitoring tools: Stackdriver, Prometheus, Grafana.
  • Bonus: experience with Flyway or DB migration tools.
