• YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
• You design and build cloud-native platforms on AWS using Java and Spring Boot
• You develop AI-powered services that enhance customer interactions using agentic AI principles
• You create robust, event-driven systems and microservices architectures for scalability and resilience
• You collaborate across teams to understand business processes, identifying opportunities for AI-powered automation and customer experience enhancements
• You contribute to team knowledge sharing, code reviews, and maintaining technical documentation
• You stay on the cutting edge of AI, cloud, and software engineering trends—bringing innovative ideas into reality

• YOUR SKILLS MATTER
• Education: You have a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Java Development: You have development experience in Java and are familiar with Spring or other comparable application development frameworks.
• Cloud-Native Experience: You have several years of experience working in sophisticated technology environments such as building cloud-native applications, solving scalability challenges, and designing event-driven solutions.
• Distributed Systems: You’ve worked with cloud providers (AWS or similar), designed distributed systems, and contributed to microservices architectures.
• Business Impact: You easily translate technical solutions into real value for end-users and businesses.
• Continuous Learning: You bring curiosity, critical thinking, and a passion for growth—seeing feedback as an opportunity to improve.
