About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled AWS Cloud Engineer to join our team and contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure, scalable, and high-performance cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud infrastructure, automation, and DevOps practices, with hands-on experience managing services within the AWS ecosystem.

  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS using best practices for scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Implement and manage CI / CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
  • Collaborate with software development teams to define infrastructure requirements and optimize performance.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of applications and services.
  • Manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and implement proper access controls, encryption, and monitoring.
  • Optimize cloud costs and manage resource utilization effectively.
  • Stay current with AWS services and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovations.
  • Required Skills & Experience :
  • Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or similar role with a focus on AWS.
  • Strong hands-on experience with core AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, ECS, Lambda, CloudWatch, IAM, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CloudFormation).
  • Experience with CI / CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar).
  • Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS).
  • Understanding of networking concepts (VPC, VPN, load balancing, DNS, etc.).
  • Knowledge of cloud security best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Nice to Have :
  • AWS Certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer).
  • Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch).
  • Exposure to multi-cloud environments (Azure, GCP).
