We are looking for a DevOps Architect to lead a large-scale GitLab to GitHub migration. This is a hybrid position, with on-site presence in Lisbon.

• Responsibilities
• Lead the end-to-end migration of a large GitLab ecosystem to GitHub.
• Design and implement the target architecture, migration strategy and roadmap.
• Define CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, aligned with DevSecOps best practices.
• Establish repository structure, branching strategy, workflows and governance in GitHub.
• Automate migration and operational tasks using Python, Shell scripting, YAML and Git.
• Support cloud-native deployments and Infrastructure as Code with Terraform (AWS / Azure / GCP or similar).

• Requirements
• 8+ years of overall experience in DevOps / Platform Engineering.
• 4+ years of experience in a DevOps Architect or similar architecture role.
• Proven experience leading migration projects.
• Expert knowledge of GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipeline design and DevSecOps practices.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python, Shell scripting, YAML and Git.
• Experience with Terraform and cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure, GCP or similar).
• Solid architecture background (end-to-end solution design, governance, standards).
• Fluent English (mandatory).
