We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with strong on-premise experience to join our team in Porto. This is a hybrid role, requiring 2 days per week on-site.
Location: Porto, Portugal (Hybrid)
Experience: Minimum 4 years
Language: Fluent English required
Main Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain on-prem infrastructure and deployments
Automate configuration, provisioning, and deployments using Ansible
Support, configure, and troubleshoot JBoss environments
Work with TKGI and Kubernetes clusters, ensuring reliability and performance
Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve CI/CD processes
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability
Contribute to best practices, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives
Key Requirements:
4+ years of experience in DevOps or similar roles
Strong hands-on experience with Ansible, JBoss, TKGI, and Kubernetes
Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation
Experience with on-prem environments (networking, servers, security principles)
Comfortable working in a hybrid model (2 days/week onsite in Porto)
