Asenium is recruiting an experienced AWS Cloud Engineer to support infrastructure and cloud solutions across our clients' environment.

Location : Remote (Portugal-based only)

• Key Responsibilities :
• Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable infrastructure on AWS
• Automate deployments and infrastructure management using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools
• Monitor cloud environments and ensure performance, availability, and cost efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure with application needs
• Enforce cloud security best practices and handle incident resolution

• Required Skills :
• Minimum 4 years of experience in cloud engineering with a focus on AWS
• Strong knowledge of core AWS services : EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, CloudWatch, Lambda, etc.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and scripting (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell)
• Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and container services like ECS or EKS
• Fluent in English; Portuguese is a plus
• Must be based in Portugal
