• Key responsibilities:
• Assist in the implementation and execution of the Cloud strategy aligned with

• the company’s digital transformation and business objectives.
• Support the standardization and consolidation of IT infrastructure for the local

• OpCo and across the Group, contributing to harmonization of cloud- based and on-premise environments.
• Help maintain operational excellence, business continuity, and resilience of IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate with local and cross Group IT teams and other IT functions to meet business needs and support IT cloud operations.
• Monitor and manage cloud infrastructure (MS Azure) and on-premise

• environments for optimal performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Actively participate in the Group Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) to

• enable, implement and enforce the group cloud strategy.
• Support the development, implementation and enforcement of the Group Cloud

• Architecture Decision Records (ADR’s)
• Assist in migrating and modernizing legacy infrastructure and consolidating

• systems where applicable.
• Apply best practices for hybrid cloud operations, including governance, cost

• control, and security frameworks.
• Support modern workplace operation at the Group head office.
• Participate in automation initiatives, FinOps, AIOps, and self-service

• capabilities to enhance efficiency and reduce operational overhead.
• Contribute to incident response and IT support to ensure high availability and

• rapid issue resolution.
• Ensure IT cloud operations comply with data protection (GDPR),
• cybersecurity regulations, and industry standards / regulations.
• Collaborate with Security teams to implement and maintain zero-trust security

• models.
• Support disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity (BC) efforts to safeguard against cyber threats and operational disruptions.
• Assist in applying security baselines, patching, vulnerability management, and

• compliance frameworks.
• Support coordination with vendors and suppliers to ensure service

• performance and cost-effective procurement of IT resources.
• Keep up to date with emerging cloud technologies and contribute insights to

support continuous improvement.

• Key Functional Competencies:
• Solid technical expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud environments (especially

• MS Azure), network architecture, and IT security.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with local and group IT teams as well as

• business stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills to provide technical consultation and support for

• IT cloud projects.
• Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and operational

• excellence.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic multi-site, multi-national IT

• environment.
• Commitment to promote teamwork and innovation within IT cloud projects and

operations.

• Education and Experience:
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and cloud operations in a multi-site or international context.
• Certified for Azure cloud and other relevant technical certifications
• Practical experience with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure preferred) and hybrid cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of IT service management frameworks (ITIL), automation

• tools, and relevant operational technologies.
• Familiarity with network architecture, security best practices, and compliance

• standards.
• Experience supporting IT consolidation, migration, and modernization projects

• is an advantage.
• Proficient in English; additional relevant language skills are a plus.
