About Responsibilities

As a member of our Expertise Development Pole, you will play a crucial role in driving expertise development across various domains, accelerating KLx’s transformation, and fostering innovation. Our initiatives, such as K-Paths and K-Techs communities, are designed to support these goals.

Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, the DevOps Specialist will be responsible for developing and supporting the companywide DevOps strategy.

  • Your main missions will be :
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure platform infrastructure.
  • Implement and manage CI / CD pipelines to automate the software delivery process.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
  • Implement and manage container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes or Docker Swarm.
  • Ensure security best practices are followed across all platform components.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve platform capabilities.

Who You Are

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of hands-on experience in platform engineering and DevOps.

Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Hands-on experience with CI / CD tools like Jenkins, Argo CD, Artifactory, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.

Expertise in containerization and orchestration (Docker or Kubernetes).

Solid understanding of networking, security, and system administration.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Fluent in English, with proficiency in French being a plus.

  • Nice To Have :
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo or ELK stack).
  • Knowledge of database management and optimization.
  • Certification in cloud platforms or DevOps methodologies
