???? About the Opportunity

A leading international organization is looking for an experienced Azure DevOps / Technical Analyst to support and maintain a critical business ecosystem.

This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in cloud-native environments, CI/CD pipelines, and production support, who thrive in complex, regulated environments and enjoy bridging business and IT operations.

• You will play a key role in ensuring system reliability, deployment automation, infrastructure optimization, and compliance with security and data privacy standards.
• ???? Key Responsibilities
• Provide technical and production support to business users
• Manage and resolve production incidents within SLA targets
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues in collaboration with network and infrastructure teams
• Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines (Pricer & Deltaview)
• Automate deployment and configuration processes
• Perform impact analysis for change requests and coordinate approvals
• Contribute to Disaster Recovery tests, backup & restore, certificate renewals
• Coordinate penetration testing activities and ensure compliance standards
• Develop and execute test plans to validate system changes
• Perform capacity planning and execute FinOps initiatives to optimize cloud costs
• Provide support during critical business periods (including limited weekend coverage)
• ????️ Technical Expertise Required
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, Red Hat OpenShift, and Kubernetes
• Proven hands-on experience in production deployments, release management, and continuous delivery
• Solid background in CI/CD pipeline design and maintenance
• Experience with GitOps, GitHub, and Argo CD
• Familiarity with JIRA, ServiceNow, and Confluence
• Infrastructure and application automation & configuration management
• Development background in Java, PHP, and SQL Server
• Strong knowledge of DevOps best practices (automation, monitoring, reliability, security by design)
• Experience operating PaaS applications in regulated environments
• Understanding of cloud security, compliance, and governance
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Cloud Operations, or Production Support
