What is this challenge about
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for database services;
Write efficient, reusable code with unit and integration tests;
Automate environment provisioning, deployments, backups, and operational tasks;
Manage Kubernetes XRDs and deploy databases across cloud and on-prem;
Collaborate with DBAs, developers, and operations to improve reliability and scalability;
Document infrastructure and monitor system health;
Troubleshoot production issues and implement preventive fixes;
Secure systems and enforce least-privilege access.
IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation) and configuration management (Ansible) skills;
Docker & Kubernetes experience, including XRDs and Crossplane;
Scripting in Python and Bash;
Advanced Oracle and PostgreSQL operations, zero-downtime migrations;
Familiarity with monitoring, backup, and event-driven systems (Kafka);
Strong communication, teamwork, and proactive learning;
Bachelor's in CS, IT, or related field;
Fluency in English (minimum B2).
