• Main Requirements
• More than 3 years of proven cybersecurity experience.
• Experience with IT ticketing systems for handling support tickets;
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems (both preferred);
• Basic understanding of Active Directory (user accounts, permissions);
• Solid understanding of IT security principles and risk management;
• Experience in monitoring network and systems, incident response, and escalation;
• Ability to identify and manage phishing threats, and run user awareness campaigns;
• Familiarity with Firewalls, VPNs, network devices, and NGFWs;
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and antivirus management (EDR preferred);
• Understanding of encryption technologies (BitLocker, PGP, etc.);
• Experience in vulnerability management, patching (WSUS, SCCM), and remediation;
• Familiarity with MFA/2FA, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Office365), and email security;
• Experience with security frameworks, Pen Testing, and SOC/SIEM operations;
• Knowledge of DNS filtering, Proxy operation, and backup strategies;
• Coding skills in languages like C#, Perl, or VBScript;
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken);
