At Matchtech, we collaborate with leading Insurance & Insurtech companies to help them find the best talent. Currently, we are seeking a Security Manager with a strong focus on Risk management. This is a permanent position, offering the chance to work directly with our client in an Agile and flexible environment.

We are looking for a Cyber Security Lead to oversee and drive cybersecurity strategies, ensuring resilience, trust, and top-notch protection for customers, employees, and operations.

In this key leadership role, you will anticipate cyber threats, implement cutting-edge security measures, and lead a transformation journey that strengthens our security framework across multiple disciplines. Reporting independently from IT, you’ll have the autonomy to make impactful decisions and work closely with executive management.

• Your Mission:
• Develop a Security Strategic Plan aligned with Group objectives.
• Oversee cyber risk management, ensuring compliance with the organization’s risk appetite.
• Lead the security transformation journey, covering Information Security, Physical Security, Operational Resilience, and Business Continuity.
• Coordinate and execute Group security initiatives locally, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.
• Plan and lead penetration testing campaigns for critical applications, in collaboration with Group Security.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Must-Have Skills:
• Technical Expertise: Infrastructure & application security, vulnerability management, security architecture, incident response (6+ years of experience)
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, ability to work in matrix organizations (local/global), and stakeholder management.
• Languages: Good English skills

• Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Governance, Risk & Compliance knowledge.
• Knowledge of insurance regulations.
• A strategic, managerial mindset.
