Job Description
We are seeking an Incident Response Trainee to support our Level 2 and Level 3 Incident Response teams. The successful candidate will assist with monitoring & troubleshooting of security platforms, debugging issues, documenting procedures, and verifying tickets or emails related to operations and implementation.

The Incident Response Trainee will work closely with technical stakeholders across the globe to improve Incident Response coverage. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
