As a fluent Portuguese speaker, you will communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email to ensure full functionality of antivirus protection and troubleshoot technical issues using your problem-solving skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need fluency in Portuguese, very good communication skills in English, exceptional written and spoken communication skills, soft skills, and problem-solving skills.
