• *Overview:**

TN Portugal is seeking a highly motivated and self-starter flexible individual to join the team as a Cybersecurity Operations Analyst. As a key contributor to the success of managing our client's networks and security, the successful candidate will quickly resolve incidents that our clients open tickets for and constantly monitor the alerts generated by our tools to resolve incidents before our clients are aware.

The Cybersecurity Operations Analyst will be responsible for first-line support of IT infrastructure, security, and systems, receiving and responding to service requests via telephone and email in accordance with each client's Service Level Agreement (SLA). This includes processing service tickets, assigning to appropriate onsite technicians or internal service resources, triaging, classifying, and prioritizing incidents, and escalating high-profile issues in a timely manner.

• Requirements:
• A+ Certification is preferred.
• NET / Sec + Certification is preferred.
• Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) is preferred.
• Experience in computer network management is required.
• Experience in managing end-client networks is preferred.
