FC Technology is currently recruiting a Support for Cyber Security Officer to join our team and support a prestigious international defense organization.

Key Responsibilities

ITSM Request Handling – Respond to and resolve IT Service Management (ITSM) requests related to security and compliance, document actions, and improve service request definitions.

Compliance & Risk Management – Conduct system audits, identify security gaps, and maintain a risk register.

Cloud Security Monitoring – Configure security dashboards in Microsoft Azure and AWS, implementing alert mechanisms for critical events.

Incident Handling & Coordination – Act as the first point of contact for security incidents, coordinate mitigation efforts, and maintain incident logs.

Security Testing & Accreditation – Organize and conduct security testing while supporting accreditation processes.

Continuous Improvement – Share security best practices, update documentation, and enhance processes.

Requirements

• Education:
• University Degree + 3 years of experience OR
• Higher Secondary Education + vocational training + 4 years of experience

Technical Skills:

ITSM tools & request management

Compliance verification & risk assessment

Cloud security monitoring (Azure, AWS)

Incident handling & response coordination

Security testing & accreditation

Location: Remote, with up to 20% on-site presence in Belgium.
