Senior Cyber Security Strategy Consultant (relocation to Belgium)We are looking for a skilled Senior Cyber Security Strategy Consultant who is willing to relocate to join our team in Belgium. This position is part of the Cyber Security Centre of Excellence (CoE), working in the Strategy and Delivery team. You will play a crucial role in shaping the organization's security strategy, defining high-level roadmaps, managing programs, and working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to drive cyber security initiatives.
Your Responsibilities Develop and refine the cyber security strategy aligned with group policies, regulations, and business priorities.Translate strategy into a prioritized portfolio of initiatives, enhancements, and studies.Oversee the portfolio of security initiatives, ensuring the achievement of business outcomes, dependencies management, and value delivery.Collaborate with security architects to assess data security requirements, identify gaps in designs, and recommend improvements.Create high-level 3-year investment roadmaps with budget proposals and prioritized initiatives.Manage cyber security projects and programs, ensuring adherence to milestones, timelines, and risk management strategies.Actively engage with stakeholders, including middle and senior management, to ensure alignment, buy-in, and compliance with cyber security objectives.Prepare concise, high-quality deliverables supported by communication kits for senior management presentations.Mandatory Requirements 10+ years of experience managing IT and/or cyber security projects and programs.Expertise in project management and change management frameworks (e.G., Prince2, ITIL, ADKAR).Strong understanding of data security requirements and industry standards.Demonstrated experience in delivering high-impact security strategies and initiatives in complex organizations.Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with cross-functional teams and senior decision-makers.Preferred Qualifications Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CRISC.Familiarity with cyber security risk management and regulatory standards in the financial sector.Experience with Group-wide solution rollouts, balancing business and cyber security requirements.Why Join Us?
