Your new role: Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive security policies, strategies, and frameworks to safeguard organizational data and infrastructure. Oversee the security department , ensuring alignment with organizational goals, effective resource management, and continuous improvement in security operations. Manage incident response, threat detection, and vulnerability management efforts , ensuring timely and effective mitigation of risks. Collaborate with senior leadership and- functional teams to align security objectives with business goals and regulatory requirements. What you will need to succeed: Proven experience in information security management , with a strong understanding of risk assessment, incident response, and security operations. Expertise in security frameworks and regulatory compliance requirements. Experience with network and cloud security , vulnerability management, identity and access management. Strong leadership and communication skills , with the ability to engage with executive leadership and- functional teams. Experience in a leadership role within a security team, ideally in a financial services or similarly regulated industry.
