(CISO) Chief Information Security Officer (m/f) – Hybrid (Porto)

• What do you need to have:
• Hard Skills:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy.
• Identify and mitigate potential security risks.
• Establish an effective incident response plan.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Enhance overall network security measures.
• Stack: OT Security, Industrial Security Leadership, Cybersecurity strategy, Cybersecurity framework
• English B2+

• Soft Skills:
• Good communication
• Team spirit
• Proactivity
• Time management
