We are strengthening the cybersecurity posture of a major banking institution and seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Consultant with expertise in Security Governance & Technical Architecture. This role involves close collaboration with security, architecture, operations, and business teams to ensure compliance and enhance security frameworks.

• Key Responsibilities
• Conduct risk analyses based on NIST and ISO 27005 and assess security controls.
• Review and challenge technical architectures (Networks, Active Directory, PKI, VPN, Proxies, Bastions, etc.).
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of security policies, procedures, and standards.
• Support security governance activities, including committees, dashboards, and compliance tracking.
• Provide cybersecurity expertise in IT projects (security scoping, requirements definition, deliverables review).
• Monitor remediation plans and manage technical cybersecurity projects.

• Profile
• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in operational security.
• Strong IT & security background, ideally within banking or financial environments.
• Analytical mindset, autonomy, precision, and excellent documentation & reporting skills.
• Relevant certifications are a plus: ISO 27001, CISSP, CRISC.
• Fluent in English (B2) and Native in Portuguese.
• Available in Lisbon for a hybrid work model.
