Key Responsibilities:
- Organizing the day-to-day activities of the Lead Implementer team and setting clear objectives and important milestones aligned with the overarching NIS 2 approach.
- Defining planning, conducting follow-ups, and reporting on progress status in a structured way.
- Conducting regular risk assessments and audits to ensure continuous compliance and improvement.
- Providing guidance on technical and non-technical improvements and explaining risks to management.
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining an ISMS that is compliant with ISO 27001 and the NIS 2 Directive.
- Understanding and applying legal measures introduced by the NIS 2 Directive and ensuring cybersecurity risk management measures and reporting obligations are met.
- Coordinating with national authorities and adhering to supervisory and enforcement obligations under the NIS 2 Directive.
- Providing training to staff on ISO 27001 and NIS 2 Directive requirements and staying updated with the evolving cybersecurity threat landscape.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Certified ISO 27001 Lead Implementer and/or Lead Auditor.
- In-depth knowledge of the NIS 2 Directive and its implications for cybersecurity and data protection.
- Proven experience in implementing and maintaining ISO 27001 certification and minimum 5 years in an information security role, with a focus on ISMS and EU cybersecurity directives.
- Experience with the implementation of the NIS 2 Directive is highly desirable and strong project management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities and ability to operate with autonomy, results-oriented and deliver within preset deadlines.
