We're seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Specialist to drive our organization's cybersecurity strategy. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and safeguarding our organization's reputation.

• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of interpreting regulatory requirements and integrating them into organizational cybersecurity practices. They will also demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills to guide cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• *Responsibilities**
• Cybersecurity Governance:
• Develop and implement a robust cybersecurity governance framework.
• Ensure alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.
• Policy Development and Management:
• Develop comprehensive cybersecurity policies, including separation of responsibilities, data retention, system privileges, and vendor management.
• Update policies and procedures to reflect changes in compliance requirements and cybersecurity best practices.
• Regulatory Adherence:
• Interpret and apply financial industry regulations (e.g., PCI-DSS, SOC 2, ISO 27001, FFIEC, GDPR).
• Monitor compliance with internal policies and external standards across systems and processes.
• *Requirements**
• A minimum of 7 years in a cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance role within the financial services industry.
• University educated with a Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or a related field highly desirable.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing cybersecurity policies and governance frameworks.
• Experience conducting and managing compliance audits and regulatory examinations.
