About the Role

• As a Cyber Security Business Partner, you will provide expert guidance to business units on risk reducing measures and assist in developing internal cyber security capabilities and strategy. Your role will involve understanding the energy industry threat landscape and providing advice to executive management and other partners.
• Your Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with internal digital departments to implement security measures and strategies.
• Carry out security analyses and review security concepts at system level for internal Applications or Infrastructure.
• Translate security requirements into standard configurations and processes.
• What You Bring
• A university degree or equivalent experience in information technology, cybersecurity or a related field.
• Professional experience across different functions and businesses with a minimum of 5 years in Cybersecurity and Information Technology.
• Capability to work closely with business units to drive the definition of technical standards and benchmarks for cybersecurity.
• Good communication skills with the ability to describe technical concepts in simple terms both verbally and in written reports.
• Intercultural awareness and ability to work in cross-functional, multi-national teams.
• Business-fluent English and knowledge about relevant cybersecurity standards and frameworks such as NIST, BSI Grundschutz or ISO/IEC.
