• Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor customer networks, firewalls, and VPN gateways to ensure optimal performance.
• Report the status and incidents to customers and stakeholders.
• Provide first-line support for network and security-related events or incidents.
• Check and optimize configurations to ensure correct functionality.
• Advise on internal procedures and develop, maintain, and update them accordingly.

You must be fluent in English and have a strong background in Network Analysis and Microsoft applications.
