• The Pentest Service Delivery Officer is pivotal in maintaining the organization's cybersecurity posture by ensuring the effective execution of ongoing pentests campaigns. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, documenting progress, and providing regular updates to top management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with JIRA or similar project management software.
• Capacity to conduct internal audits and create audit reports.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts, frameworks, and regulations.
• Awareness of IT and cybersecurity regulatory environments.
• Knowledge of IT processes, assets, and solutions.
• Effective communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate within a team environment.
• Fluency in English language.
