Cybersecurity Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced cybersecurity professional to lead our security program. As a Cybersecurity Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of security controls across various projects, ensuring smooth project execution and risk mitigation.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive security program to protect against emerging threats;
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration;
• Analyze and evaluate cybersecurity risks to identify areas for improvement;
• Provide guidance and support to other teams to ensure adherence to security best practices;
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends to inform security strategies;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement policies and procedures;
• Leverage data analytics to measure the effectiveness of security controls;
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

• Requirements:
• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience;
• Relevant experience in cybersecurity leadership or management;
• Expertise in threat intelligence, vulnerability assessment, and penetration testing;
• Knowledge of security frameworks, regulations, and standards;
• Experience with security information and event management systems;
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights;
• Strong leadership and team management skills;
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills;
• Proven track record of driving security initiatives and achieving results.
